As of the current date, the services provided by are exclusively available to the following categories of patients:

  • Individuals who are physically present within the territorial boundaries of the Province of Quebec.
  • Citizens or residents of Quebec who are temporarily (less than 30 days) visiting provinces other than Quebec within Canada (as is covered by the CMPA malpractice insurance).

Updates reserves the right to modify the privacy policy at any time by notifying the Internet user of the existence of new conditions of use and privacy policy. Said changes, modifications, additions or repeals take effect upon issuance of the notice which may be communicated by posting it on the Site or by any other means of transmission.
